DEF JAM RAPSTAR ANNOUNCED

4mm Games, a new game developer founded by two Rockstar Games co-founders, has announced it's first game: Def Jam Rapstar. This is the first karaoke video game that focuses on the hiphop lifestyle and music. Talking with 4mm's Nicholas Perrett, IGN has some details on what users can expect from the game: "Perrett says the key to Def Jam Rapstar for 4mm is to allow players to interact with the game even when they're away from their console. He gave some insight into what it's like to make something like Def Jam Rapstar. "It's a hard game to get right. And I think part of the reason 4mm didn't go it alone and make a hip-hop game, is because we realized that. For us, to me, Def Jam means hip-hop."
