DJ SHADOW, DAFT PUNK TO FEATURE IN DJ HERO

FreeStyleGames is hard at work on DJ Hero, a new music rhythm game for DJs. Publisher Activision stays quiet about the development of the game but last weekend URB.com noticed a DJ Hero banner at DJ Shadow's set following Metallica's Guitar Hero-promoting performance.

DJ Shadow could feature in the game but there are more people who would possibly be included in the game.

Kokatu writes: "Z-Trip is one of them, and like Activision's Guitar Hero series, he'll be available as a playable avatar. Daft Punk are also rumoured to be included, though "their participation remains unconfirmed"."

We never knew that Daft Punk was also DJing!

DJ Hero will be released later this year for Playstation, Xbox360 and Wii system.
