INTERVIEW WITH ANDERSON NOISE

"I guess the next big thing in electronic music is a wide research of different cultures around the world"

The career of DJ and producer Anderson Noise is one as a pioneer of the Electronic Music scene in Brazil. Noise started organizing and producing large scale events in which he could also DJ as early as 1992. Over 40 party events where thrown in places like mental institutions, car dealership lots, shopping centers, historic buildings and such. As the entire family was involved in organizing and working the events, The Noise Family turned into an institution - with Mamma Noise (Anderson's mother) as hostess. In 1996 Anderson's dream of producing his own records turned into a reality with the release of his first compilation CD "Paralisia Cerebral".

Today, with five mix compilations under his belt, Anderson has played at the world's best clubs and festivals like Dance Valley, Creamfields, Sonar and Exit. The Noise name also gave birth to music label "Noise Music" and stood firm when Anderson created "Noise Radio" and "Noise TV". His numerous productions, released by international labels such as Audio, Eukatech, Mentor, Missile, Molecular and Primate are being played throughout the world.

Always fascinated by electronic music, Anderson Noise is listed #26 in DJmag's 2008 DJ Top 100.

How is that fascination today, compared to 20 years ago?

"I love electronic music since I was a boy. Instead of playing soccer with my friends I spent an ocean of time to checkout new records.
