Entering the UK scene 10 years ago, Lange has an impressive career to look back on. As a DJ, he performed at prestigious festivals such as Global Gathering, Summadayze, Creamfields and the Zurich Street Parade. Performing at famous club events such as Godskitchen, Gatecrasher, Ministry Of Sound and Slinky; over the years Lange established his name as a DJ which got him to the 54th spot in the 2006 DJ Mag Top 100.
As a producer Lange was not only involved with making tracks such as UK trance anthem ‘Drifting Away’ and the classic SuReal ‘You Take My Breath Away’, but he is the producer behind 20 UK top 40 hits!
His remix capabilities brought tracks such as DJ Sakin - ‘Protect Your Mind’ and Lost Witness – ‘Happiness Happening’ to a mainstream global audience, gaining him support from Paul van Dyk, Sasha, Paul Oakenfold, Judge Jules, and Pete Tong, and even an appearance on Top of the Pops.
This October Lange kicked-off promoting his forthcoming album 'Better Late Than Never' in Jinan City & Shanghai, China'.
Why did you kick things off with a weekend in China. Is there a special reason for that?
"The tour was originally due to start on the 12th October in London at Turnmills, but we had two Chinese promoters wanting to do launch events and so we had to extend the tour forward to fit them in."
Your latest single "Songless" seems to lend as easy from recent filthy electro as well as from classic mid-nineties trance music.
