Kompoz is a social networking Website designed for musicians to create songs with others from around the world. Using Kompoz.com's global venue, social networking tools, and core set of enabling technologies, musicians - garage bands, independents, and professionals - create, collaborate, and mix their music online. Collaborations are produced under the Creative Commons licensing models, promoting the sharing and re-use of the music created, while still retaining fundamental attribution and other rights for the original artists.

Recently Kompoz unveiled its iPhone-optimized edition of its music collaboration website. Features include music search, browse by channels & genres, browse member playlists, MP3 playback controls, track commenting, and most other features of the website.
