RMXCGN - REMIXING THE SOUNDMAP OF COLOGNE

Music was composed, mashed-up, remixed and re-produced with sounds from Cologne, the city of Minimal Techno in Germany.

In summer 2008, the crew from Soundmap of Cologne, an open audio-archive for the city of Cologne, invited musicians, remixers and homerecordists to use any fieldrecording(s) employed on the soundmap; to compose, mash-up, remix or re-produce what ever kind of acoustic soundscape from Cologne city.

All songs/music/compositions that had been submitted; have now been released on the EP rmxCGN - "Remixing the Soundmap of Cologne".
