RE:GENERATION MUSIC PROJECT

The RE:GENERATION MUSIC PROJECT examines the history of different music through the eyes of five of the most influential producers and DJs in electronic music today.

Mark Ronson, DJ Premier, The Crystal Method, Pretty Lights and Skrillex each have taken a specific musical style and explored it by writing and recording a brand new track with a grouping of influential collaborators in that genre. They remixed, recreated and re-imagined five traditional styles of music. From the classical perfection of the Berklee Symphony Orchestra to the bayou jams of New Orleans jazz.

The stories of these five DJs are now woven together in a feature documentary entitled 'Re:Generation Music Project' and will feature the four tracks below (and more). Don't forget to watch the trailer on the official website so you get an idea on what to expect from this booming new generation.

The RE:GENERATION MUSIC PROJECT is presented by Hyundai Veloster in association with The GRAMMYs. Hyundai Veloster is also responsible for RE:MIX LAB, a a festival of art, music, fashion, technology, culture and design.
