With DJing timing is everything. How do you decide when to accelerate into climax? Is it just a gut feeling - something you sense in the crowd, or something else?
"It is a combination of all that. DJing similar to producing is an art where you have to feel the record - the crowd, and as the DJ take them on the journey that you feel you need to go."
You've converted some pretty good tracks into even better remixes. How do you approach a track when you're remixing it?
"I guess you could say I’m a pretty “respectful” producer. As a producer myself, I know how much effort and love is put in a track so when I remix a product I try not to lose the essence of the song. Rather I want to highlight that what makes the essence of the song - and give it the Corsten treatment."
