Juno Download has teamed up with Nite Grooves Recordings to offer you the chance to remix Asad Rizvi & Ingrid Hakanson‘s “Valley of the Lost Souls”.
Nite Grooves Recordings is a sub-label to King Street bringing such sounds as future-soul, nu-jazz, deep progressive house, and afro-abstract excursions.
London based Asad Rizvi is a man of many styles and aliases. He has regularly played at such UK nights as Fabric, Wiggle, and The End’s Subterrain, as well as his own Reverberations parties in South London, and released tracks through various labels. “Valley of the Lost Souls” is a deep toe-tapping original tune for which Asad teamed up with Canadian house/jazz vocalist Ingrid Hakanson whose vocal brings a pretty element to the varied-styled mixes in the release.
The three best productions from this contest are in line for lots of prizes, and the possibility of appearing on the next Nite Grooves release.
