EASTENDERS REMIX CONTEST

EastEnders is a long-running, popular British television soap opera, first broadcast in the United Kingdom on BBC One on 19 February 1985. The BBC are offering you the unique chance to become part of EastEnders history, by remixing the iconic theme tune for the E20 title sequence - the show's first ever spin-off online drama!

The aim of EastEnders: E20 is to encourage and develop exciting new talent. All the writers and cast are newcomers - and the BBC wants to extend this approach to the music production. They're looking for a fresh take on the classic EastEnders theme tune - one that will become the fanfare for a show which celebrates London life, and what it's like to be young in the capital. All in the space of 30 seconds!

The winning entrant's remix will become the theme tune for EastEnders: E20. Amazing as that is on its own right, there's more! The winner will be invited up to EastEnders HQ at BBC Elstree for a day to work with the drama's music producer, learn tips and tricks for working with music for TV and sample the atmosphere behind the scenes of Britain's premiere drama series.
