BOROTALCO REMIX CONTEST

Frost DJ Sexx are Ricc & LApo, two DJ/producers based in Italy.

Ricc (Riccardo Schippa) and LApo (Jacopo Tittarelli Rubboli) also are vocalist and bassist in electro-phunk band 'Frost' - known in Italy as support act for international acts such as Groove Armada, Soul II Soul and Little Louie Vega during his Elements of Life tour. Few years ago, Frost was featured in the Italian selection for the television programme "MTV a Cut", followed by a pan European reality-music show filmed at the Premises Studios in London with Anastacia, Wade Robson and Olivier Behzadi amongst 10 other bands participating .

Frost DJ Sexx first started as a fun side project where Ricardo and Jacobo started remixing tracks on request. After they had won a Qoob.tv remix contests with their "Lightspeed Champion remix" they took things more seriously. The duo started performing as a laptop live act, released their debut album last year and announced a remix contest in their MySpace blog.

The contest started in December, but they've only recently mailed us about it - so here it is. The deadline is February 28th, so you still got a couple of weeks. The contest is run from the Fairtilizer website.
