Luca Ricci Remix Contest

LUCA RICCI REMIX CONTEST

In their second remix contest, website FindRemix features Luca Ricci's track 'Seven.' Special category for Internet collaborations! Cool or what?

Born and raised on the small isle Ischia in the Gulf of Naples (Italy) DJ/Producer Luca Ricci first discovered his love for electronic dance music while watching DJs spin all night at a local club. Not much later, inspired by a video about the DMC World Championship, he began mixing and scratching himself - sometimes spending up to 5-6 hours a day practicing. After he made several appearances in the local scene, his love for music set off on an adventure that would forever change his life. To further nurture and develop his passion for music he moved to London in 1998. He started producing and over time his tracks were picked up by big name DJs such as Carl Cox, John Digweed, Danny Tenaglia, Timo Maas and Satoshi Tomiie - to name just a few. His productions go from deep to tech-house, and from tribal to progressive. Other than producing under his own name, he also used aliases such as When is Dark, Vibe Junction, Aenaria and Against the Grain. In 2003 he started his own label Aenaria with four sublabels: Aenaria Music, Aenaria Tribal, Aenaria Tech and Aenaria Chill.

In their second remix contest, website FindRemix features Luca Ricci's track 'Seven.' Three winners will get their track released on Aenaria Recordings. Other prizes are from Primeloops, Soundcloud and Groove3.

FindRemix added some extra spice to this contest with a special prize category for entries coming from Internet collaborations :)
