After the success of the preceding yearly Muttonheads remix contests - here is the 2010 edition with a new track: Dance! Dance! Dance!
Muttonheads is a French electro house producer who is inspirated by disco and funk, as well as 80's Italo music.
Just like before this contest is about sharing free and open-source music, discovering new talents, and starting a buzz - in short, it is about having fun and shaking dancefloors.
Here's what Jérome Tissot (aka Muttonheads) has to say about rewarding the winning remix: "Once again, this is just for fun and it can be a good opportunity for contestants to show their remix skills. I will choose my 10 favorite remixes and will promote them on the website.
"Exceptionally this year the winner will have the opportunity to remix the second single from my debut album (Serial / Universal Music) !!! ;)"
In order to receive the original track (unreleased MP3) and the remix kit (WAV samples + MID Files) you must fill in the form available from the 'inscription' link on the contest page before August 15.
Deadline for submissons is August 31.
