MYSTAGE MUSIC CONTEST

mpGreek together with Warner Music just announced the launch of myStage Music contest. Unsigned artists from Greece and abroad will be contesting for the ultimate prize of getting a chance of having a single or album release.

The myStage Music Contest allows artists to compete by popularity based on the votes, visits and ratings of the rest of the internet users. Warner Music Greece will provide staff and marketing resources as well as a recording contract to be signed at the end of the contest. It offers music , videos, blogs, photos, and profiles for Greek users and artists.

Independent Greek musicians can use the website to promote their work which could be a single track, whole album, video clip, lyrics etc. Regular mpGreek users (non-musicians) can put their interests in their profile, and they may also add information about themselves.

Join the myStage Music contest and win a recording deal with all production, marketing and video clip costs included. Xbox 360 and Microsoft are supporting the digital music boom and all independent artists and will also offer web cameras (LifeCam VX-3000) and headsets (LifeChat ZX-6000) as prizes in all upcoming sweepstakes for users who vote.

myStage will accept contest entries until October 15th, 2007. The contest winner will be announced on November 15th, 2007.
