Omillio Sparks is a well-known rapper from Philadelphia who's been featured on songs by Jay-Z, State Property's Beanie Sigel and DMX. Sparks is releasing his debut solo album 'The Packback' on his new label Colossal Entertainment at the end of this month. The new album features the new club-ready party anthem single "DJ Turn It Up".
