Influenced by alternative bands such as Devo and Weezer, Pony Pony Run Run are a French powerpop band releasing their music on their label 3ème Bureau.
Previously they have held remix contests hosted by Fairtilizer (2009) and MXP4 (2010), and this year the band is hosting the 2011 remix contest on their own website with a SoundCloud dropbox.
Winner will be promoted on all Social Sites from the French band, receive their full discograhy and gets to meet them in person after one of their live shows of choice.
The track to remix is "Hey You," which is a bit of a drawback because it is the same track featured in their 2009 contest. That makes an easy entry for those who have made a remix back then ;) Listen to the original track here.
