Set up by Loopmasters, the Public Records label connects you with new and emerging raw talent from the underground. Offering a springboard to artists who deserve recognition for their music, musicians can upload tracks to the label’s drop-box on the website.
A key selection of received tracks will be posted onto the Public Records site where listeners can give their thoughts and vote for their favourite tunes. Favorites are then offered the option to release with Public Records.
With a great start and excellent feedback on their first release (PR01 - Eclectic Beats) Public Records announced the launch of a second phase of submissions. Public Records will be focusing on more genre-specific releases over the coming months. The next release will be oriented around the Dubstep/DnB/Breaks sound, so if you'd like to submit along those lines, visit the website and upload your music now!
