Eminem will pick 5 finalists who will receive a Shady Limited clothing prize pack and the grand prize winner will win a limited edition "The Re-Up" plaque signed by Eminem, and a trip to the Sirius studios in NYC to premiere the winning remix live on Shade 45 where it will play in rotation for two weeks!

You can find more info on Shade 45, Eminem uncensored hip-hop radio station created by Eminem and Sirius. It has no filters, no commercial restrictions, and on-air hosts/mixers who say whatever they want. What else would you expect when someone like Howard Stern is one of the hosts?
