Last.fm has now ported their 'Last.fm Festivals' app for iOs and Android devices. Last.fm users are able to get their own personalized guide to music festivals around the world according to their music profile and scrobbling history from a database with more than 2 million events including around 4500 festivals!
Also unregistered Last.fm users are able to use the app and search on festivals by name or artists. A GPS functionality is included so you get to know about the best festivals nearby. Besides that, the app also tells you the festivals your friends are attending.
The app is currently only available in the US but the rest of the world will follow shortly.
