'MAKE MUSIC NOW' REMIX APPS

Computer Music is a magazine from the UK for Mac and PC-based musicians. In November last year, the magazine launched an app for iPhone and iPod Touch, the first in a series of free remix apps called 'Make Music Now'.

Volume 1 gives you a collection of sampled dub loops to manipulate and remix via an intuitive touch-controlled six-track audio sequencer. Simply drag your chosen sounds onto the arrange page, then resize, copy, layer and mix them to create your own track. Want to edit the loops themselves? Use the innovative Clip Masher to slice and rearrange them as you see fit.

In January of this year, Volume 2 saw the day of light. This time you are treated with a collection of sampled hip-hop loops!

All sounds used for the apps come from the professionally produced, royalty-free sample libraries included every month on the Computer Music DVD.
