After the release of Rock Band Unplugged and Rock Band Mobile versions, EA Mobile has just announced the music game Rock Band for iPhone and iPod Touch.
The new game features 25 songs from bands like Smashing Pumpkins, Lynyrd Skynyrd and the Beastie Boys (see full tracklist below). If you like to play with more music check out the in-game Music Store to purchase additional tracks.
With this version of Rock Band it will be the first time a full band multiplayer experience is available on the iPhone system with the Live Bluetooth Multiplayer function. You can play with 2-4 bandmates, hear when they miss notes and bail them out with overdrive!
If you can't get your band together over Bluetooth, synch up via Facebook on your own time. Use the in-game message center to check your band's status and get Push Notifications when friends invite you to rock out. Nice! :)
