"Obviously, we would like to support MPEG 4 and AAC decoding/encoding in futures releases which has cost implications with licencing from MPEG-LA and VIA Licencing. We plan to release a version of TrakAxPC with the support for a wide range of compression formats, which will be available as a download for very low cost."
